Dawn is a self-drive day boat and can carry up to 12 passengers. A trip on 'Dawn' is an open air experience, but with weather protection and heating in poorer weather.
Bring a picnic and cruise up to King John's castle for lunch, then take a 20 minute stroll beyond the limit of navigation up to the entrance of the Greywell Tunnel, now partially collapsed and an important roost for a variety of species of bats. Or head the other way and visit the George & Lobster at Crookham Wharf, journey time from our base approx 2.5 hours.

The boat has a two ring gas hob on board and a kettle for making tea but crockery and utensils are not left on board because of lack of storage space.  Most clients bring their own items but we can supply them if required.  Unfortunately there is no fridge on board and we would suggest bringing a cool box along.  Tea towels and washing up liquid is provided.
There is a toilet and washbasin in the cabin and a table with 12 garden chairs.You may bring along up to two pets.
Collect her from 10am and return by 6pm. There will be approximately 30 minutes of tuition before she's all yours for the day!

Because of limited car parking spaces we regret we are only able to accommodate one car per booking in our car park but there is ample car parking in the public car park alongside the canal or on the road outside.
